Healthy Living

Aging and the confidence to live at home are something that we aspire to achieve. We will do a screen of the environment at home and identify some of the barriers that make living at home potentially stressful for you or your loved ones. Our focus with physio is to:

 

  • Increase your independence

  • Increase lower extremity strength

  • Improve balance

  • Decrease falls

  • Teach skills to get up from a fall

  • Decrease deconditioning and improve cardiovascular health

We will work through what is most important to you and give exercises necessary to improve the goals established to achieve a higher quality of life.
