Pediatric Pelvic Health
Not only do we see kids, we see all ages for all different types of injuries including, strains, sprains and fractures. Musculoskeletal disorders include any muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and connective tissue. Some common injuries we can help in home with include:

-
Constipation
-
Bedwetting (Over the age of 6)
-
Encopresis (fecal incontinence)
-
Daytime incontinence
-
Recurrent UTIs in children
-
Pelvic and abdominal pain

Assessments will include a detailed history of the injury or complication to discover the root of the problem. This will be followed with a comprehensive objective assessment of the body part that is injured and the related structures to find any potential strength or range of motion deficits. We will then describe and educate you on the structures involved to be able to understand your injury. A collaborative plan will then be implemented that will consist of a rehabilitation program based on exercises done in home to achieve your goals!
